you are purchasing products directly from wolfgang safer /  EN POP® in paderborn germany. I'm happy to help you with any question regarding your selection and purchase.

 

what kind of products can I buy?

every bag (fashion and artworks coming soon!) are made with love and much care in paderborn germany.

 

order confirmation

you will receive an order confirmation via email after you‘ve placed your order in "shop en pop"

 

shipping

I aim to ship all orders within 3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location.

 

shipping costs and customs duties

all items are shipped directly from paderborn germany. shipping costs are not included: "payment and delivery information"

I comply with all tax and customs regulations. for international orders, I will include all the required paperwork (shipping invoices and a statement which proofs the originality of the work for a duty free entry into non-EU countries). In most cases this is sufficient to avoid customs fees. Some countries charge an import V.A.T. or sales tax.

the buyer is responsible for any incurring customs fees, VAT or sales taxes.

 

payment & invoice

I currently accept paypal. however, if you require a different payment e.g. via bank transfer, please send me an email and I will gladly find an alternative option.

you will receive a printed invoice with your shipment.

 

returns

I want you to be 100% happy and excited with EN POP® products. when you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 2 weeks after you received the shipment. I will issue a full refund once the bag is back undamaged. I will deduct the shipping cost from the refund.

 

color accuracy of items shown

the images of the items you see on my webpage represent low quality polaroid photos of my bags.

 every bag is made from organic cotton and silk-screen handprinted (water-based) in paderborn with much love and care. every bag is unique.

the ink is (of course) solvent-free and non-toxic and is manufactured according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and is (of course) vegan.

 

how is item packed?

each product is securely packed.

when unpacking, please make sure to carefully unroll the item.
